Abrahamowicz named Lahetta’s successor at Oberlin

ocAccording to a release from Oberlin College, current Associate Head Coach Adrian Abrahamowicz has been named as Eric Lahetta’s successor effective July 1, 2010.  Abrahamowicz, a former head coach at the high school level, is entering his sixth year as an assistant at Oberlin this spring. 

Long time head coach Eric Lahetta will be stepping down following the 2010 season.  Lahetta will be transitioning into an administrative role within the athletic department at the College after over a decade leading the Yeomen on the diamond.

  1. Congratulations to Coach Abrahamowicz. He will continue to build the Oberlin basbeball program. His baseball knowledge is well known, but it is his skills as a recruiter that will help the program. He is very personable and well informed about the baseball talent at the many high schools in Lorain and Cuyahoga county. Good Luck Coach!
